Teen Chocolate Class

Designed for teens with a passion for the culinary arts, this immersive experience goes beyond the basics, offering a hands-on exploration of chocolate techniques tailored to budding culinary professionals.

Led by our expert chocolatiers, participants will uncover the secrets of chocolate making, from bean to bar. They'll learn about the history of chocolate, where it comes from, and how it's made. Through interactive demonstrations and hands-on activities, they'll explore the art of tempering chocolate, molding, and decorating.

For ages 13-18

Approximately 1.5-2 hour class
