Kelsey is the Event Manager here at Ethereal Confections! She is excited to bring almost 10 years of experience in the wedding industry to you and your special day. She also considers herself pretty handy and has a minor in baking and pastry, so she's ready to help problem solve or fix everything from a bumped cake to a broken high heal! When she's not at events she's spending time with her husband, one year old daughter and their large fluffy dog Buster!

Shannon joins the Ethereal team with years of event and craft bartending experience. Want a signature cocktail, but aren't sure what to do? She's your girl! She is constantly thinking of new & unique drinks for guests to enjoy in our Speakeasy. When she's not coming up with new cocktails or working events, she enjoy spending time with her husband & four dogs, Rosie, Seamus, Bonnie and Clyde!
