About the event
Under the guidance of Chef Mario, you'll learn the art of crafting handmade pasta from scratch. You will make your own batch of pasta dough and learn how shape it into two shapes – fettuccine and farfalle. You’ll take home roughly 1 lb of fresh pasta and the recipes for the pasta dough and pasta dishes.
After honing your skills, you will watch, learn, and ask questions as Chef Mario cooks the two dishes that will be served for dinner — Fettuccine alla Carbonara–ish and Farfalle with Zucchini, Tomatoes and Basil. Dinner will be served in our speakeasy with a complimentary glass of wine. Other beverages will be available for purchase.
