About the event
Learn how to make chocolate bars from the bean! Owner Micheal Ervin will give an in depth introduction to how cacao is grown, fermented and dried at the farm before being exported. Participants will learn to sort, roast, winnow, and grind beans to make chocolate. Participants will then head into the chocolate kitchen, where they will mold the chocolate into bars to take home. You will leave with the nine bars that you made, and a reservation and free drink in the speakeasy!
